Smriti Mandhana's finger injury has healed sufficiently to allow her to be part of India's playing eleven in the Women's T20 World Cup match against West Indies on Wednesday, said the Indian coaching staff ahead of the game. Mandhana had missed the team's win in its tournament opener against Pakistan.
Mandhana participated in the team's training session on Tuesday and according to the team's bowling coach Troy Cooley, the 26-year-old left-handed opener did well in the nets.
