India replaces BLS, SGIVS for passport, visa services in UAE; Al Hind to handle operations from July 1

The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi has announced that a new outsourced service provider will take over passport, visa and consular services for Indian nationals and other applicants across the UAE from July 1, 2026.

According to the Embassy, Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC has been selected to manage the services following a tendering and evaluation process.

The current providers, BLS International Services Limited and SGIVS Global, will continue accepting and processing applications until June 30, 2026. Applications submitted before the transition date will continue to be handled through the existing centres.
