An independent London mayoral candidate has pledged to abolish low traffic neighbourhoods, the congestion charge and the entire Ultra low emission zone (Ulez).
Andreas Michli, a gym owner from Haringey said that London’s air is “the cleanest it has ever been”, but claimed that the Ulez had not been a contributing factor in that.
