Incuspaze hires Amit Ghoshal as new enterprise chief for ₹1,000 crore revenue push

Flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has appointed Amit Ghoshal as managing director for its enterprise business as the company looks to expand its presence in India’s fast-growing managed office and coworking market and target revenue of ₹1,000 crore by fiscal year 2029.

The Delhi-based company said Ghoshal will lead its enterprise growth strategy, scale business operations, deepen client partnerships and drive revenue expansion across major business markets in India. The appointment also comes as Incuspaze prepares for a planned initial public offering by FY28-29.

Ghoshal brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise business development, strategic sales, customer relationship management and workspace solutions. Before joining Incuspaze, he held senior leadership roles at Redbricks, Smartworks and Regus, where he worked on enterprise deals, client acquisition and regional business expansion.

The company said enterprises are increasingly shifting towards flexible and technology-led workspace models that combine operational efficiency with employee experience, creating new demand across the sector.

Incuspaze currently manages managed offices, coworking centres, enterprise campuses and customised workspaces across Tier I and Tier II cities in India. Its client base includes multinational companies, large enterprises and startups.

“India’s workspace ecosystem is undergoing a structural transformation, led by enterprises seeking flexibility, operational efficiency, and experience-led office solutions. Amit’s strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and deep understanding of enterprise business dynamics make him a valuable addition to the Incuspaze leadership team,” Sanjay Choudhary, founder and chief executive officer of Incuspaze, said.

The company said Ghoshal’s experience in commercial real estate advisory, strategic account management and enterprise sales would support its next phase of growth as competition intensifies in the managed workspace segment.

“I am excited to join Incuspaze at a time when the future of work is rapidly evolving. Enterprises today are looking for integrated workspace solutions that combine flexibility, technology, operational excellence, and employee experience. Incuspaze has built a strong reputation in the market with its innovative approach and expansive presence across India. I look forward to working closely with the leadership team to strengthen enterprise partnerships, drive sustainable growth, and create long-term value for clients,” Amit Ghoshal said.

India’s flexible office market has expanded rapidly over the past few years as companies adopt hybrid working models and seek lower capital commitments for office expansion. Operators have also been widening their presence beyond major metropolitan centres into emerging commercial hubs.

Incuspaze said the latest appointment forms part of its longer-term strategy to strengthen its enterprise business vertical and expand service capabilities across India’s commercial real estate market as it works towards its planned public listing.
