A mystery surrounding the disappearance of an elderly Irishman in Australia appears to have been solved - as an inquest has found that he was likely killed by his neighbours during an ongoing feud.
Paddy Moriarty, 70, went missing from Larrimah, a small hamlet with a population of just 12 people, in the country's Northern Territory, on December 16, 2017.
A coronial inquest conducted by Greg Cavanagh ruled on Thursday that Paddy and his dog, Kellie, both died the same evening with evidence pointing to a feud with his nearest neighbours.
