A teenager killed following a taxi crash has been named locally as devastated friends pay tribute to him.
Merseyside Police were called to Scotland Road in Vauxhall at around 2.30am on Sunday to reports of a crash involving a pedestrian and a taxi. A 19-year-old man died at the scene before hundreds of tributes were posted to him online.
Tributes have now been paid to the teenager and he has been named locally as Nathan. Loved ones also affectionately used a nickname Smiffy when they paid tribute to the 19-year-old.
