American and Canadian actor Matthew Perry’s last Los Angeles home has sold for $4.1 million. That sale happened more than a year after the NBC television sitcom Friends star’s death. The property, located in Hollywood Hills and was listed in the market for $5.195 million in May 2024, several months after Perry died in October 2023, which Perry had purchased for $4.99 million in 2023, as per a Realtor report.
