Adults tickets, meanwhile, cost €13.50 and includes fragrantly spiced mulled wine. Children under one year go for €5.
For an extra €10, families and groups can purchase a printed photograph of their experience.
Over the years, the 38 acre working urban farm has been transformed into a classic winter wonderland around the festive season, offering a unique Santa visiting experience that has grown into an immensely in-demand experience, with tickets normally selling out within hours.
As with all activities at Airfield Estate, sustainability is core to the Christmas experience, with gifts presented to children in a reusable calico bag.
Airfield Estate is open to visitors all year round and offers the chance for adults and children to get up close and personal with some of the beautiful animals, explore the working farm, enjoy the picturesque walled gardens and dine in the estate's farm-to-fork restaurant, Overends Kitchen.
The farm also plays host to a weekly farmers market on Fridays and Saturdays, with traders selling things like locally grown fruit and vegetables, organic baked goods and Irish-made produce such as jams and sauces.
Tickets for the Christmas experience at Airfield Estate, including the Santa visit, can be purchased from Wednesday, August 31 at Airfield.ie.
