If you’re a daily player of the MLB guessing game known as Immaculate Grid — which is now powered by Baseball Reference — you know it can be tough to answer some of the more challenging parts of the puzzle. So we’re here to try and help you. Let’s run down a few clues for some of the tougher parts of Tuesday’s offering:
Blue Jays who were Guardians: This Hall of Fame second baseman won 10 Gold Gloves, was in 12 All-Star Games, and last played in 2004 with the White Sox.
Blue Jays with 200-plus hit seasons: This first baseman with the sweet swing also played for the Mets and Mariners, and he was known for wearing a hard helmet while playing in the field.
Brewers who were Phillies: This second baseman is now with the Marlins He stole 44 bases in 2013.
