Manchester City became only the fifth English club to win three successive titles this Saturday.

Pep Guardiola’s men were confirmed as champions when Nottingham Forest ended Arsenal's slim hopes of catching the Blues by beating the Gunners 1-0 at the City Ground.

It is City’s fifth title in six seasons - and they now go in search of the Treble when they face rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup Final and Inter Milan in the Champions League Final.
