Joe Lycett’s latest stunt has divided fans, after he appeared to shred £10,000 in protest against David Beckham’s involvement in the 2022 World Cup.

On Sunday, Lycett followed through with his pledge to destroy the money (£1,000 for every £1m of Beckham’s alleged deal) if the footballer didn’t end his contract in protest against Qatar’s stance on LGBT+ issues.
