Manchester United supporters are no longer keen on their club pursuing a deal for Declan Rice after England fell to a 1-0 loss against Hungary on Saturday evening.
The midfielder played the full 90 minutes as the Three Lions got their Nations League campaign off to the worst possible start. Rice was on United's radar recently - and was their number one target last summer - as they went in search of midfield reinforcements.
However, their pursuit looks to have cooled thanks to West Ham's £150million valuation of their talisman. United have now turned their attentions to the likes of Frenkie de Jong and Kalvin Phillips.

United fans who watched the England defeat were left unimpressed by Rice. A number questioned his huge price tag while others plainly critiqued his quality. Some of them took to Twitter to air their opinions, with some seemingly glad that United had not got a deal over the line.
BillzyC: Declan Rice…This is the guy United fans want in midfield. Can’t handle Hungary.
@Alex_United&: Rice hype is such a myth.
@UTDxGoat: Declan Rice is overpriced.
