NEW DELHI: KL Rahul scored a painstaking 107-ball 66 in India's World Cup final loss against Australia and Pakistan legend Wasim Akram feels that the middle-order batter couldn't play fearlessly as the side had a long tail.
Pointing out that after Ravindra Jadeja, India did not have not much batting to come, Akram said he understood why Rahul played in the way he did, thinking he had to bat deep.
