New Delhi: The CBI on Wednesday filed a chargesheet against 19 accused, including six IAS officers of Haryana cadre, three officials of IDFC First Bank and one of AU Small Finance Bank, in the alleged misappropriation of Rs 504-crore funds of various departments and organisations of the state government, officials said.
The agency has named IAS officers-- Mohd. Shayin, Saket Kumar, Pardeep Kumar, Vineet Garg, Ram Kumar Singh and Pankaj Agarwal-- in its third chargesheet filed before a special court in Panchkula in connection with the case, the officials said.
