Any sympathy the world once had for Israel has evaporated after years of brazen crimes against humanity and a stack of civilian corpses a mile high. Former staunch allies in Europe are recognizing Palestine as a state, vowing to recognize ICC arrest warrants against prominent Israelis, and imposing economic sanctions.
Their only unconditional ally is, of course, the United States. Donald Trump is clearly on board with Israel’s genocide, starry-eyed at the prospect of a glittering Trump hotel and casino sprouting from the blood-splattered ruins of what was once Gaza.
