An ionic red phone box with own its electric supply is up for sale for £45,000 - with one big catch.
The red phone box, in Kensington, West London, is up for sale by Bid X1 and has been placed on the market at a guide price of £45,000.
The 1930s booth is even connected to an electricity supply, which means it could even be turned into a local business.
The ' property ' listing for the 8ft3in high and 3ft square box promotes it being used as a business or advertising space, reports My London.
However, the kiosk, which is located near Dukes Lane, is registered as a Listed Building at Historic England meaning that although you can resell at anytime, exterior alterations and removal of the box is not permitted.
On the Bid X1 advertisement for the telephone box, it explains: '"These historic listed 'K6' red phone box or 'Jubilee' kiosks, commemorating the Silver Jubilee of the coronation of King George V.
"They were originally designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, who also designed Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral, Battersea Power Station and Bankside Power Station now Tate Modern.
"Historic England have listed to preserve these iconic red kiosks, and many have transformed them to coffee shops, libraries, flower shops, museums, bakeries, and defibrillators."
