Supermarket giant Iceland has issued a message to anybody who shops in its stores. The retailer has announced it has changed the rules around packing your shopping, and it's gone down like a lead balloon with many people.
From now on, staff will be banned from packing your shopping. Instead, you'll have to do it yourself.
In the Extreme Couponing and Bargains group, shopper Tracy Wiggins shared a picture of the email she'd received, writing: "Anyone shopping at Iceland and getting it delivered it's going to be d i y." The email read: "Hi Tracy, we're making a small change to the way our Free Home Delivery service works in store.
