A newly surfaced video from Minnesota has intensified public anxiety around Immigration and Customs Enforcement after appearing to show an ICE vehicle forcing civilian cars through a traffic junction.
The footage, which has spread rapidly on social media over the past 24 hours, comes just days after the fatal shooting of Minneapolis mother Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent.
