A disturbing video recorded by bystanders and circulating online has ignited nationwide outrage after appearing to show United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents patting each other on the back moments after a Minneapolis mother was fatally shot during an enforcement operation.
The woman, identified by family and city officials as Renee Nicole Macklin Good, was a mother of three who remained inside her vehicle as she bled from gunshot wounds.
