Does iBUYPOWER offer a warranty on orders?
Yes, iBUYPOWER offers a 3-year standard warranty on desktop computer systems, including three years labor and two years for parts. You can also choose from a range of extended warranties at the checkout for extra coverage against defects and faults. Note that for refurbished products, the warranty period is reduced to 90 days.
What is iBUYPOWER’s returns policy?
Under its money-back satisfaction guarantee, iBUYPOWER offers a range of different returns periods depending on the product you're looking to return, with windows ranging from 14 - 60 days from the date of your purchase.
As standard, new products come with a 30-day returns period, whilst refurbished devices can only be returned up to 14 days on from the date of purchase. However, iBUYPOWER extends these periods during key sales periods to cover new devices for 60 days and refurbished tech for 30 days.
Returns are free (unless your item qualified for free shipping, in which case you will be charged $75). To start a return, you must contact the iBUYPOWER’s Customer Service team and get a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
