Ibiza hotel's Children of the 80s experience returns with spectacular Abba party

Holidaymakers can go back to the 80s during a series of spectacular summer events in one of the Mediterranean's hotspots. The much-anticipated Children of the 80’s party returns to Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza on May 27 and continues until September 30.

The party will bring back old-school vibes and eighties tunes every Friday to the beachfront hotel on Playa d’en Bossa. The weekly events will take place around the open-air, poolside stage at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, kicking off with a dazzling Waterloo – The Best of Abba tribute performance at the opening part.

Not to be missed by ABBA fans, this two-hour spectacular captures the Swedish group’s unique sound and style with a full live cast and band, stunning costumes and choreography. Other highlights include The Boney M. Xperience, featuring the female singers who performed alongside the legendary late Bobby Farrell for 20 years, and NEON COLLECTIVE’s tribute to 80s and 90s legends Depeche Mode, U2 and The Cure.

The Children of the 80's series was launched at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza in 2015 by the The Night League and quickly became one of the most successful events in Ibiza for lovers of the era. The weekly summer residence provides an alternative event to the established circuit of electronic music that exists in Ibiza, Magaluf, Tenerife and the international scene, offering an entertainment format that brings together different generations.

Tickets for Summer 2022 events start at 20 euros and are available to purchase from www.childrenofthe80s.com
