'I was mum-shamed as a pregnant teen and deemed ‘too old’ when I had a baby at 43'

A mum of five has revealed how she’s given birth every decade since the 90s - and what age parenting was easiest.

Rachel Rowsell has done it all from teenage pregnancy, surprise baby at 43 born just before lockdown, and working full-time as a single mum desperate to support her family.

Now working as a life coach, Rachel, from Great Oakley, Essex, has told how her parenting style for Emily, 29, Tom, 27, Poppy, 16, Evie, 11, and Clara, two - has changed drastically over the years too.
