Thierry Henry has taken aim at Spanish referee Antonio Mateu Lahoz after he sent off Alexis Sanchez against Liverpool on Tuesday night.
Lautaro Martinez scored the only goal of the Champions League last-16 second-leg tie but the Reds’ 2-0 win at the San Siro in the first leg was enough to see them through 2-1 on aggregate.
Just minutes after Martinez had fired Inter Milan ahead at Anfield, they were reduced to 10 men when Sanchez picked up a second yellow card.
The Inter forward was sent off for a challenge on Fabinho having already been booked in the first half for a tackle on Thiago Alcantara.

Sanchez could have been sent off for the challenge on Thiago but Henry believes he should not have been given his marching orders for the tackle on the Brazil international.
“I want to talk about the second yellow of Sanchez. If you have played football, you know that’s never a yellow,” he told CBS Sports.
“The first one (on Thiago), with the new rules that we have seen, is late. Way late. Foot on the knee. I could have maybe understood if it could have been an orange-red.
“But that second yellow, if you have played football. What is he supposed to do? Obviously, your foot is going to go up because you are kicking the ball away.
“We have seen the play here. Full speed. You don’t have time to take your leg away by kicking the ball, it’s impossible.”
