A mum-to-be is getting backlash from her family as she wants to name her daughter after her favourite musician, despite them saying it is not an appropriate girl's name. The 21-year-old woman took to Reddit to explain that they have decided on a more traditional middle name of Grace, so she thinks it would be fine to give the first name after the musician.
In the post, the woman who remained anonymous, explained: "I'm currently seven months pregnant with a girl, I’m engaged to the baby's father but he’s pretty much left the naming to me (and is fine with the name I’ve picked).
"Now I could try and make up a story about how it’s my great grandmas name or whatever, it isn’t."
