With air fryers all the rage right now, shoppers are searching for ideas of what to put in them.
One woman's idea for a cheap snack went viral last year after she declared it 'absolutely beautiful'. So with ever-lasting January hitting everyone in the pocket, I decided to give it a go for myself.
It couldn't be simpler, all you need is a tin of peeled potatoes, which cost just 37p at Aldi. Put them in a bowl, add a cap of olive oil and sprinkle with with paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.

Stick them in the air fryer for around 20 minutes on 200 degrees, give the drawer a few shakes while cooking and voila - your snack is ready to eat.
Sharing a photo of her snack in a Tower air fryer group, the woman behind the idea, said of the tinned spuds: "Honestly I’d never buy them, but they were gorgeous."
And she wasn't the only one to think so. Dozens more commented on her post to say they'd tried the idea too.
"These are a dirty little secret," said one. While another added: "Yes I have done this as well a few times, lovely."
Having tried them myself I have to agree and even though it works out at just pennies for the spices, I think the paprika and garlic powder would be flavoursome enough if you wanted to keep the cost down even more.
Of course they were nicer sprinkled with a bit of salt and even tastier dipped in a bit of mayonnaise, or you could pick a dip of your choice. I guess the dirty little secret is out.
We reported earlier this week how one man's recipe book has become the 'air fryer bible' for those with a device.
Unable to find any recipe book for mostly British food - with metric measurements - for his Ninja Foodi, dad David Small started creating his own recipes, eventually having enough material to put together his own cookbook.
Having self published on Amazon, at the back end of last year he celebrated the sale of his 50,000th book, which is focused on UK food and only includes ingredients that are available to buy from UK supermarkets.
Many of the recipes can be used with any air fryer, but there are also some pressure cooking recipes and ones to grill, bake and roast, which are most suited for those with the multi-cooker.
The Ninja Foodi Max 9-in-1 Multi Cooker, which does air frying and so much more, is now at its cheapest price yet after AO, Very and Currys slashed the price to £179, saving shoppers £50 on the original £229 price. It's also on sale at Asda and Amazon, as well as Argos, where it's priced £180.
Tower Vortx fryers are available in different sizes, starting from around £50, including 4-litre, 7.6-litre and 9-litre and can be ordered from retailers including Very, Argos, Amazon, AO, B&M, Boots, Freemans, Wayfair and the Tower website itself.
