Maybe it’s my frontal lobe developing, but this year, I’m making getting all the nutrients and vitamins I need a priority. I’ve always been the type of person who winds up bed-ridden with a nasty cough in the middle of summer thanks to my shotty immune system, and quite frankly, I’m sick of it.
On the flip side, I have no bloody clue what vitamins my body needs, and which ones to skip (there are so many?!??). IDK if I’ve been sleeping under a rock, but I only just got wind of custom vitamin subscription services, so when I was given the opportunity to try Vitable, I jumped at the idea of entering my health and wellness era.
How Does Vitable Work?
Vitable is a personalised vitamin subscription service that delivers custom vitamins to your doorstep. When you sign up, you take a quiz that asks you all about your goals, lifestyle and diet, and it then matches you with a bunch of vitamins that’ll give you the nutrients you need to achieve them.
Once you get your quiz results, you can further customise the vitamins you receive, including dosage amount and adding on any you think the Vitable team missed or by removing vitamins you don’t vibe with.

If you already know what vitamins you’re after, you can skip the quiz and start adding them straight to your personalised library. You get enough to last you for 30 days, and when you check out, you can opt to re-purchase the pack every month, or stock up and buy a few months at a time.
Road Test: My Vitable First Impressions
While I’m accustomed to taking my daily vitamin C and fish oil, I don’t actually know which vitamins contain the nutrients my body will reap the most benefits from. So, I took Vitable’s quiz. My goals were to improve my immune system, gut health, and calm TF down, so I was advised to take fish oil, vitamin C, calcium, ginkgo and brahmi, probiotics, and ashwagandha.
It comes in a cute little contraption designed to make taking your vitamins super easy. Basically, it’s a glorified tin with a little peep hole at the bottom where you can grab a vitamin sachet and go. You can set it up on your countertop where you’re not going to miss it (if you’re anything like me, you put your vitamins in the cupboard and completely forget about them), and it isn’t jarring to look at.

Upon unboxing my Vitable set, my first two thoughts were: 1. Holy shit that’s way more vitamins than I’m used to, and 2. That’s a lot of plastic waste.
I’ll start by debunking the latter thought. After doing some reading (I’m an ‘order now, think later’ kinda person), I found out that the ‘plastic’ sachets are actually plant-based cellulose produced from Eucalyptus trees which come from a managed forestry and are GMO free. So once you’re done with the sachet, you can simply throw it in your compost bin and call it a day.
As for my first thought? Yes, eight vitamins a day was more than I’m accustomed to, especially when I take additional supplements like collagen, myo-inositol and creatine, but it’s really not that hard to down them in the morning with a glass of water. Plus, it helps me reach my daily water goal!
I’ve only been taking my Vitable supplements for just over two weeks, so I can’t sit here and say that these vitamins have changed my life and transformed my health.
But what I can say is that this subscription service makes taking supplements bloody easy.
As I mentioned earlier, I usually put my vitamins in the cupboard, then completely forget to take them. But I’ve made sure to pop this on my kitchen bench, so whenever I pass by I can grab a sachet and get my daily dose.

These are also great to travel with. I recently went on a trip to Singapore, and instead of going the five days without taking my supplements (because who TF is bringing big vitamin bottles overseas with them unless it’s necessary medication?), I just picked out how many sachets I needed. Ease while travelling may not have been the brand’s intention, but it comes as a great perk.
If you’re wanting to prioritise your health this year but lack the time — and let’s face it, memory — to dedicate the time to forming a whole ass supplement routine, I’d recommend giving Vitable a shot. We can’t all be like Bryan Johnson and take over 100 vitamins a day (IYKYK), but Vitable’s subscription service is a great tool for health-conscious individuals trying to be a little better with the nutrients they’re feeding their body. You can always trial it for a month, then if you don’t like it, cancel your subscription before it renews.
If you’re new to Vitable, you can also score up to 40 per cent off your first order with the code ‘WELCOME’. That’s a pretty sweet deal, if you ask me! It’s valid ’til April 11, 2026, so you’ve got some time to decide which vitamins you wanna add to your arsenal.
Here’s to fuelling our bodies with the right nutrients in 2026!
