TikTok user @szncristal, also known as Cissy Jones, is revealing all the details about Tesco after she was mistreated by her manager. In her video, which she uploaded to her account on February 22, 2026, she explains that she had to call the authorities on her manager after discovering that he had been closely watching her during her work hours, including scrutinizing her in a way many would find uncomfortable and creepy.
In the video, Jones also emphasizes that she was a dedicated employee who always gave her best effort at work, including working long hours when necessary. Due to the same reason, she finds it even more shocking that her manager would act in such a way.
TikTok user @szncristal called the police after noticing her manager’s behavior
As mentioned earlier, Cissy Jones called the police after realizing her manager was surveilling her in a manner many would consider creepy. He was secretly recording and stalking her while she was working at Tesco. Regarding the signs that prompted her to investigate, Jones said, “I’ve worked long shifts on my feet, stayed late when needed, smiled through rude customers, and tried to be the ‘good employee.’ But a few days ago, something felt off. He kept showing up near my register. Standing too long. Watching too closely.”
Cissy initially thought her manager’s behavior was typical managerial conduct until one day, while cleaning his office, she saw a zoomed-in footage of herself working on his screen. Speaking about it, she said, “Not regular security angles. Not wide store cameras. Zoomed in. Saved. Clipped.”
Cissy then recalls her stomach dropping as she realized she was being monitored. She said, “the cameras were supposed to be for store protection – not to track me. So I stepped outside and called the police. And yes, officers came into the store.”
Regarding Tesco, a topic that has sparked much speculation over the years, Cissy shares these insights:
- Yellow stickers indicate major savings on fresh items. Meals, baked goods, meats, and salads nearing their use-by dates are discounted by 75-90%. For the best selection, one should shop early morning (around 8 am), or for bigger discounts, visit late evening (from 7 pm or near closing time).
- Clubcard points can be tripled at restaurants. One can exchange vouchers for three times their value at establishments like PizzaExpress, Zizzi, Bella Italia, and others. A £10 voucher becomes a £30 dining credit, which is a much better deal than usual. Many miss this opportunity by not checking the app.
- Tesgift.uk is a website linked to Tesco that offers product feedback promotions. Participants sign up, leave reviews, and some receive gift card rewards up to £600.
