‘I ordered them from your website’: Wisconsin woman returns Bottega, YSL bags to Nordstrom. Then the store claims they’re ‘not authentic’

A Wisconsin shopper ordered four designer bags on Nordstrom’s website, including a large Bottega purse. However, when she tries to return them, she is shocked when a manager suggests they aren’t authentic.

In a video with over 192,000 views, TikToker Emalee Van Schoick (@emvanschoick) says she ordered a few designer handbags from Nordstrom, but ultimately decided to return them because she “didn’t like them.”
