Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has opened up on the 'offers' he has received amid links with a move to Liverpool.
The Poland international has requested to leave Bayern this summer after spending eight years with the Bundesliga giants. During that time he has scored 343 goals in all competitions and won the league in every season since his arrival.
However, Munich director of football Hasan Salihamidzic confirmed last month that Lewandowski has submitted a transfer request. Barcelona have been heavily tipped to sign the 33-year-old, despite their financial problems, but Liverpool have also been credited with an interest.

A report from Spain claimed that Lewandowski was a 'priority' for Reds boss Jurgen Klopp , who previously managed the prolific forward when he was in charge of Borussia Dortmund. While another recent report, from Poland, suggested the two-time European Golden Shoe winner will complete a transfer to Barcelona
And, almost a month after lodging a request to leave Bayern, Lewandowski has provided an update on his future.
“I only want to leave Bayern. Loyalty and respect are more important than work. The best way is to find a solution together,” Lewandowski told Onet Sport .
“Something died in me and I want more emotions in my life. An exit is the best solution for both parties.
“No other offers were even considered by me other than that of Barcelona. I want to leave Bayern, that’s clear.”
