Killer nurse Lucy Letby maintains her innocence, her lawyer said on Wednesday, hours after police confirmed she has been interviewed over more suspicious deaths of babies.
Letby, 34, was questioned under caution over unexpected deaths and collapses of babies at her former place of work, the Countess of Chester Hospital and, for the first time, at Liverpool Women’s Hospital, where she trained as a student, Cheshire Police said.
