Herbal, green, and refreshing – Sage only launched last spring, and it’s one of my favorite cookware colorways ever created. So I was genuinely disappointed when Le Creuset announced it was getting axed from their collections.

My kitchen has a Mediterranean garden theme, and I’ve been collecting the Thyme colorway. I’d been hoping to add Le Creuset Sage pieces as an accent tone. Luckily some Le Creuset Sage pieces are now on sale, so I can pick up a few bits before they disappear completely and in time for fall baking.
