I'm A Celebrity Unpacked: ITV announces full details of 2024 interactive spin-off show

The new series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Is just weeks away and ITV has now confirmed details of a new spin-off show.

I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked will air on ITV2 after each episode of the main programme and the broadcaster has promised it will be packed with “behind-the-scenes gossip, unseen clips, exclusive interviews and the insider’s guide to the iconic Bushtucker Trials”.

The show will be fronted by last year’s King of the Jungle Sam Thompson, The Masked Singer UK host Joel Dommett and Capital Radio’s Kemi Rodgers. They’ll be joined by various celebrity guests throughout the series.

The news was announced in an Instagram video featuring the trio.

In a twist to the format of previous I’m A Celeb spin-offs, Unpacked will encourage viewers to get involved via the app and you’ll be able to send in questions that will be asked to the campmates live in the Bush Telegraph.

After each celebrity leaves the camp, they will give their first full interview about their experience on the spin-off programme.

Thompson has described hosting it as a “complete honour”, adding: “I can’t believe I’m going to get to work on such an iconic show with Joel who I’m a big fan of and the fabulous Kemi, this is a dream come true.”

I’m A Celebrity will return to ITV on Sunday, November 17.

The line-up of stars who’ll be jetting off to Australia is currently under wraps but names linked to the series include Coleen Rooney, Baby Reindeer’s Richard Gadd, and Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne

At least one former Love Islander is reportedly set to join them, with Olivia Attwood and Tommy Fury having both been touted as possible contenders for the jungle crown.

The I’m A Celeb line-up is usually announced just before the series starts – but we’ll most likely receive unofficial confirmation of who is taking part when they’re spotted arriving at Brisbane airport a few days prior.
