I'm a Celebrity... South Africa's official start date has been announced - and it's just days away. The ITV special series sees a slew of iconic jungle contestants from previous years battle it out to become the ultimate I'm A Celebrity legend as they swap Australia for South Africa.
The first teaser for the show was broadcast during an episode of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, with viewers treated to the exciting preview.
The stars confirmed to be taking part so far, include: Amir Khan, Jordan Banjo, Helen Flanagan, Carol Vorderman, Fatima Whitbread, Paul Burrell, Phil Tufnell, Janice Dickinson, and Shaun Ryder. But more celebrities will be revealed for the series as it goes along.
Following the announcement of I'm a Celebrity... South Africa line-up last month, it has now been confirmed that the show will premiere at 9pm until 10.30pm on Monday, April 24, on ITV1 and ITVX. In a statement, ITV said: "All the campmates survived the Australian jungle, but South Africa is an even harder proposition which will push them to their limits and test them like never before.
"The challenges are bigger and tougher and the environment harsher and more unforgiving. With no public vote, they will be competing against each other in a battle to become the first ever 'I'm A Celebrity Legend'."
