I'm A Celebrity star Sue Cleaver has admitted she's glad to be out the jungle in her first remarks after getting the boot.
The Coronation Street star – who is best known for playing Eileen Grimshaw on the Cobbles – was delighted to be voted out of the jungle as she admitted it was a "real slog" in there, writes The Mirror.
The 59-year-old explained how she really struggled with not knowing the time, describing how she and her campmates tried to work it out from the sun.
Sue shared that she'd been a long-time fan of the show, admitting she used to be the biggest armchair critic.
The star described life in the jungle in an appearance on Good Morning Britain: "You are literally looking at the sun and trying to figure out what time of day it is and where the sun is in the sky, you’ve lost all track of time, you’re sleep deprived, you don’t know what time you’re going to bed, you don’t know what time you’re getting up, so it’s very disorientating and I don’t think you realise that when you watch the show."
She also described the experience as a "really hard slog" for her. She added: "I mean, I’ve watched the show from the beginning, I’ve been the best armchair critic there could be but until you’re actually in there it’s hard, it’s a really hard slog."
As the news came in, there were no tears from Sue as she said her goodbyes before racing out of the camp.
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly asked if it was time for her to go and she said: "Yeah absolutely, I had enough. It's the anxiety, the not knowing, having no control over your life and that’s weird, so weird.
"I loved being in that camp, I loved it, I really did. I've loved all of that. I have had the ride of my life, I really have. I will never forget it and I am so glad it ended there."
Before she entered the jungle, Sue admitted she was worried about what viewers would think of her as a person, as she isn't anything like her Coronation Street character Eileen Grimshaw.
She said: "This is the scariest part for me, I am a very private person and I am putting myself out there, which is what I am most nervous about. I do keep my life private and I am very happy with my home life.
"Viewers are going to see a different person to the person they think I am! I am very different. That can be worrying."
She added: "They might decide they don’t like me as much as Eileen!"
