Sue Cleaver admitted she felt like she'd 'hit a wall' on I'm A Celebrity, as she broke down in tears away out of sight of her fellow campmates.
An early favourite to do rather well in the new series of the ITV show, Coronation Street actress Sue, known to millions as Wetherfield's own Eileen Grimshaw, has become really divisive contestant when it comes to viewers' opinions. While she has many fans for her no nonsense approach to life in camp and how she feels about her I'm A Celebrity co-stars, chiefly Matt Hancock, others hand branded her 'two faced' and complained about her moaning.
Sue was given a reprieve from sleeping in the elements when her closed confidante in the jungle, Mike Tindall, became new camp leader, choosing her as his deputy. The biggest perk of her promotion is that Sue gets to sleep in the RV, something her predecessor Charlene White was infamously very reluctant to do.

And, it was in the shelter of the RV and without her co-stars around her that Sue burst into tears, with ally Mike finding her upset as he walked in. Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Sue was very open about how she was feeling, saying: "I should be really excited that no-one’s going home, I’m just feeling a little bit low. I’m homesick, I’m tired. I’ve hit a wall.”
Confiding in Mike, she explained: "I’m just having a moment, that’s all. Just one of those mornings, I don’t want to do a Trial, I don’t want to do a challenge, I don’t want to eat the s***. I don’t want to sleep with you.”
Mike in the Bush Telegraph said of Sue: “She’s tough inside, she just had a little moment today. Hey, everyone, in this environment, completely expected," before telling the Corrie star: “I’ll look after you. I just didn’t think it was that traumatic seeing me in my pants…” With a smile on her face, Sue then joked: “It’s f***ing traumatic.”
