I'm A Celebrity's Sue Cleaver blames 'public anger' as campmates become fed up

Sue Cleaver try to gauge the mood of the nation on Monday night's I'm A Celebrity, when she blamed Matt Hancock being voted to do all the Bushtucker Trials on 'public anger,' right before there was a huge shock when he wasn't chosen to do the next one.

Since he went into the jungle as a late arrival midway through the first week of I'm A Celebrity 's new series, the disgraced former Health Secretary, has done every single trial, ranging from Tentacles of Terror to the La Cucaracha Café eating trial with Boy George, and the Who Wants to Look Silly on Air challenge alongside Owen Warner to House of Horrors, with the latter seeing him getting lunged at by a snake.

At the end of Sunday night's episode, Matt was once again told by hosts Ant and Dec that he'd been chosen to do another trial and it's going to the point now, where he just laughs as the result is revealed. However, while he is seeing the funny side, his fellow campmates are starting to get fed up, with Mike Tindall starting to moan about the voting pattern.

It also became a big talking point for Coronation Street star Sue and Loose Women presenter Charlene White. Delivering her verdict on what was going on, Sue went into the Bush Telegraph to sarcastically remark: "I can't tell you how surprised I am that Matt got a trial! I mean, knock me down with a feather."

Talking about with Charlene, she said: "He must be quite funny doing a trial. Do you think (the viewers) will get bored of it or do you think they'll carry on? There's a lot of anger isn't there?"

Reacting to Sue's comments, one viewer tweeted: "Sue, Boy George or Chris to do a trial at some point hopefully, they're becoming so smug and insufferable. Enough has been said about Matt, but all those three seem to do is bitch/moan/whinge, how about they do a trial soon and justify their fee?"

A second reacted: "YES SUE WE DO GET BORED OF MATT DOING THE TRIALS."

After Sue's whinge, there was a twist when Matt was NOT voted to do the latest trial.
