I'm A Celebrity's Owen Warner victim of 'cruel' prank as he reunites with co-star

Owen Warner was the victim of a 'cruel' prank involving his favourite club Leicester City, as I'm A Celebrity co-star Chris Moyles targeted him live on air.

It's been just over two weeks now since Hollyoaks actor Owen finished second to Jill Scott in the final of this year's ITV show, with the England Lionesses hero clinching the jungle crown by a margin of 57.66% to 42.34% over Owen. Since he returned to the UK from Australia, Owen, like new Queen of the Jungle Jill, has appeared on a number of TV shows, including Loose Women and This Morning.

Also following the in the footsteps of Sunderland born star Jill, Owen also took up the invitation to appear on Chris' show on Radio X. And, given that ex Radio 1 Breakfast Show host Chris managed to convince Owen that he was a former world champion dancer during their time in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, Chris seized the opportunity to stage another wind up at his expense.

As Owen joined him in the Radio X studio, Chris cut to some 'breaking news' from one his colleagues, who announced that Jamie Vardy was leaving Leicester, with PSG or Manchester City looking likely to be his new club. Owen's facial expression quickly went from one of content to concern as he listened to what was being said, before eventually being told it was all a prank.

Owen shared a clip of the moment on his Insta, joking: "Watch my face change," before adding: "How did Chris Moyles get me AGAIN?"

Owen's time in the Radio X studio got off to a good start when he was handed a full English breakfast box, much to his delight, having been very vocal about his hunger whilst on I'm A Celebrity.
