Helen Flanagan said she is "not a snitch" as she refused to divulge what Gillian McKeith had in her underwear to producers. In scenes that aired during tonight's (April 27) episode of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa, Gillian revealed an unusual secret to Helen.
Knowing that they would be away from the prying lenses of the cameras in camp, Gillian invited Corrie actress Helen to join her in the dunny. As they cowered from the cameras, Gillian revealed that she was keeping something unusual in her underwear.
The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2010 campmate pulled her pants down to show Helen that she was carrying contraband. She then whispered in her ear, confirming that she had brought salt and almonds into camp, going against jungle rules.

"I think we'd get in so much sh**, though," Helen replied, after seeing the items in Gillian's underwear. "We'd get in so much sh**, Gillian."
As Helen was quizzed about the exchange by producers, she confessed that Gillian did tell her a secret, which she refused to share. "She did tell me something but I can't repeat what she said to me," Helen said. "I'm not a snitch."
Later on, as Gillian's fellow campmates tucked into the bland meal of rice and beans, Helen and Jordan discussed how they would love to make the boring dish more exciting with balsamic vinegar and salt. But what the Diversity dancer did not know was that Gillian's hands were covered in salt, as was her bed, as she tucked into her seasoned meal.
As the camp prepared for their usual evening food delivery, some contestants were left perplexed by a note, read aloud by Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, which claimed that there was contraband in camp, and they would not be given food until said banned items had been placed in an amnesty bowl. Eventually, Gillian came clean, revealing the extent of her haul to her fellow campmates, including the mints, almonds, salt and 86 teabags she had stuffed in her undergarments.
But it appeared that Gillian was not the only one, as Paul Burrell revealed that he had brought a bit of coffee into camp, although it was nearly all gone. Myleene Klass, who arrived in the main camp during tonight's episode, had smuggled in a scrunchie with a secret compartment, in which she had stashed salt.
As the camp descended into chaos, one celebrity was particularly unimpressed. "I just don't agree with any of this," Fatima Whitbread said. "I don't agree with letting people off the hook.
"The rules are the rules, they've been broken and it shouldn't go unpunished. Whether we like it or not, we're all in it together."
Defending Fatima, Carol Vorderman told cameras that her opinion on the matter was understandable given her career. "Fatima's come from a world where people she was competing against were drug taking from the Eastern Block back in the 80s and all of that so I get it," she said.
"But, I don't know, it's a bit of contraband. It's not life and death."
