Charlene White has finally admitted the real reason for her not sleeping in the RV on I'm a Celebrity.
Earlier in the week Tory MP Matt Hancock and Loose Women presenter Charlene White became camp leaders. This meant that the two chosen celebrity campmates are allowed to sleep in the RV, complete with cosy pillows and blankets, instead of braving it rough on the ground.
But over the past few nights, Charlene has continuously refused to do so, citing she's no longer "brave enough" after spotting several spiders in her bed. Fans have been outraged over her "breaking the rules".

But tonight, Charlene explained her "real" reasoning for not sleeping in the RV as she was chatting to Sue Cleaver. She said: “I’m an impartial journalist, I can’t be sharing a room with a sitting MP because that just doesn’t sit well with me impartiality wise.
"And I just think, if he were ever to become minister again how can I sit and question him about anything when I’ve shared a room with him?" Sue agreed as she said: “It’s very, very tricky.”
Charlene added: “He gets it. He understands it. He understands my job. It’s just a bizarre situation, but that’s how I live my life on a daily basis.
"On Loose I have to do it. That’s why I can only ever be host, I can’t be ‘panel’. If you are on the panel you are giving your personal opinion on stories."
The soap star took to the Bush Telegraph were she expanded on her thoughts. She said: “I absolutely see her point.
"When Charlene was talking about having to have impartiality being a newsreader it made total sense to me why it wouldn’t be great for her to be in an RV with Matt. Awkward.”
