Both Coronation Street and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here viewers are used to seeing the bright, humorous side of Andy Whyment but the actor looks set to show another side in the next episode of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa.
The soap star, who is famed for playing Kirk Sutherland in Corrie, was a latecomer to the new spin-off of the hit ITV reality show when it hit screens last week. He first appeared on the ITV reality show in 2019 where he lost out on the crown to former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa.
But he's now back for another go as he joins a number of famous faces from I'm A Celeb's two-decade history competition for 'legend' status in the first-ever pre-recorded edition of the show. And after a week in the South African bush, it appears tensions are brewing between Andy and another of his campmates.

Wednesday night's instalment of the Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly-fronted show ended with a teaser for what viewers can expect when it returns on Thursday evening (May 4).
After the celebrities were shown looking up at the sky with concerned expressions on their faces over the prospect of stormy weather, there was a different kind of storm that looked like it was brewing back on solid ground between the Corrie favourite and supermodel Janice Dickinson.
"He hates me. He doesn’t want to do anything for me," Janice, 68, was heard saying. And realising that she was supposedly talking about him – and overhearing what she said – Andy, 42, then whips around to ask: "You saying I don’t want to do anything for you?"
Janice then responds: "No I didn’t say that," while it looked like singer-turned-presenter Myleene Klass was caught right bang in the middle of the argument. Later in the Bush Telegraph, Andy explained why he was irritated.
"There’s no please, no nothing," he said referring to Janice's demands to her fellow campmates. "It was just 'do this'. It’s like, 'Well no, I’m not your slave.'"
It appears to have come after Janice told Andy: "Andy, I need a wreath. I need you to make me a wreath out of some leaves." But the soap star told her: "You’ve picked the wrong person there. I can’t make a wreath." But hitting back, she told campmate Myleene: "He doesn’t want to do anything for me. He doesn’t even want to have a conversation with me. He hates me."
And I'm A Celeb viewers are already keen to see how it unfold - and pick sides. @abdieos tweeted: "Janice LEAVE andy alone. team andy #ImACeleb." @mlawelshgirl said: "Janice v Andy look forward to that #ImACeleb #imacelebrity." @Sparks2810 wrote: "Andy and Janice are the last two people you’d ever expect to be arguing together. Well that’s #ImACeleb for ya."
@xjade_xo commented: "Janice managed to annoy Andy? ANDY THE HUMAN EMBODIMENT OF PURE JOY? How dare she #ImACeleb."@BookOfSarcasm69 demanded: "Do NOT upset Andy, Janice! #ImACeleb." @MN456782 added: "Why is Janice coming for Andy of all people. #ImACeleb."
