Back in 2012 the Coronation Street star had a hard time in camp as she took part in the 12th series of the ITV show, now, she has left fans shocked with her first ever challenge in South Africa.
The Rosie Webster actress took part in the Newton’s Cradle challenge which saw her leap across giant balls in the air. Full of nerves, she reassured herself whilst she was suspended in the air, she said: "You are safe. You are calm, you can do this. Wait for the wind to calm down and jump.”
As Manchester Evening News reports, Helen ended up taking part in seven bushtucker trials in a row,in the 12th series, as the general public kept voting for her. However, she has come back stronger as a part of the new series as Ant McPartlin asked: "What's happened? What's changed?"
