I'm A Celebrity All Stars 'could be filmed at Gwrych Castle' thanks to new cabin

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! might be heading back down under this year but it seems the doors at Gwrych Castle are always open.

The much loved television show was filmed at the Grade I listed 19th-century country house during the Covid pandemic and ITV are said to considering returning to Conwy County Borough in Wales.

Bosses at Gwrych Castle recently revealed the door is well and truly open after ITV installed a "movable" visitor cabin which could make filming there much easier.

A spokesperson for the castle said: "ITV gifted us an upgraded version that was also moveable, which gives us the flexibility if there is more filming needed.

"I think the door is open for I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! coming back.

"They've got two brands going with I'm a Celebrity, they've got the jungle and they've now got the castle, they've invested in both brands quite heavily."

The spokesperson continued to Daily Star: "They've got things like the All Stars, they've got spin-offs.

"There is a spin-off that they are planning which will be all of the past winners, there are lots of things happening, there is an ongoing relationship between ITV and the castle and possible projects on the horizon."

They added: "It was such an honour to host I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! for the last two years.

"As a small charity we will always be grateful to ITV and I'm A Celebrity for the opportunity to host one of the most-watched shows in the UK.

"The show has showcased the true beauty of the castle to millions of people and has enabled us to carry out urgent repairs after years of neglect, vandalism, and arson.

"We have a huge amount to do to bring the castle back to its former glory but we're excited for the castle's future.

"We will continue to collaborate with ITV and I'm A Celebrity and we still have many items and set pieces in place from the past the two years such as The Clink, the I'm A Celebrity throne, privy, and the telephone box just to name a few."
