I’m A Celeb's Scarlette Douglas wants to make surprising career move after time in jungle

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Scarlette Douglas 'would like to' make a surprising career move.

The star, who won hearts in the Australian jungle this year, is known for A Place In The Sun and other presenting gigs.

However, she has a background of singing and would like to explore it professionally in the future.

The star also writes her own music and used to always dance.

"I’d like to. As long as people would take me seriously, I’d make sure I made good music. I’ve come from a musical background and I’ve always sung and danced. Maybe I’ll release an EP," she explained.

"I used to write a lot of music and I don’t write as much now but I’d like to get back into the swing of it."

"I love entertainment, singing and dancing. As much as I love property development, I’d love to do more entertainment shows," she told The Sun.

Following her stint on I'm A Celeb, Scarlette opened up about her 'surreal' experience living with Matt Hancock and Boy George.

The star was the second person to be voted out of the camp this year.

When she returned to the set, she answered some questions asked by viewers of the show.

It saw her being asked about her favourite part of living with her fellow campmates.

Scarlette said she enjoyed "getting to know" them and found it all quite "surreal".

Asked about her favourite aspect of living with the other celebrities, she responded: "I think just getting to know everybody. I was in the jungle with some incredible people.

"I was looking around I'm thinking 'this is so weird that I'm sleeping in the jungle next to Boy George. Matt Hancock is running up and down whilst I'm in the shower. I've got Chris Moyles on the radio doing his DJ voice'," she continued.

Scarlette added: "It was just so surreal but being in there with everybody and getting to know [them] and just learning about them and peeling back the layers was probably one of favourite things."

Meanwhile, Jill Scott was announced as the Queen of the jungle while Hollyoaks star came second and disgraced politician Matt came third.
