Jungle runner-up Owen Warner says he will be more respectful in relationships in future - but for now, the one woman in his life is his mum.
The single actor, 23, said he "went in a boy and came out a man" on I'm A Celebrity and that includes learning about romance and love from fellow campmate Babatunde Aleshe.
Hollyoaks star Owen said: "Baba is the geeze for relationship advice, honestly, the way he talks about (wife) Leonie, I know they have got a beautiful relationship, I was like listening to him talking about Leonie and I thought I need to soak up everything this geezer has to offer.
"He was so respectful about her, the way he spoke about her, I was like right this is the sort of attitude I could learn a lot from.
"I will definitely be taking his advice into my relationships."
However, despite being single, Owen insists he is in no rush to find a girlfriend in the coming weeks as he is looking forward to catching up with mum Polly.
They normally speak every day and so being in the jungle for three weeks was tough.
He said: "It was absolutely horrible, I am never going to let that happen again. Right now I am thinking mum is not here? Where? All through the jungle, I was chatting about my mum so much to everyone, just constantly, I spoke about her more than food and that is saying something.
I missed my whole family a lot but my mum is a massive, massive part of my life and I missed her to pieces. Absolute pieces.
"The only girl that my mind is on is my mum. I have not spoken to her for five weeks properly and I have got all of that catching up to do, all that time, my mind is on my mum and that is it."
Owen, well known for his hunger on the show, couldn't wait for a barber to finish his haircut when he got out of camp.
He explained: "I have eaten a lot since I left, I was getting a haircut while eating my pizza like any time he was cutting my hair, he stopped for a second and I was shoving pizza in my mouth.
"I would also recommend it. I don't think now I am going to get a trim without food!
"I am 78kg, I was 85kg when I went in but give me a week and I will be back to 85. This week I reckon I am just going to eat as much as I can, pile it on and start gym next week I reckon."
On show winner Jill Scott, he added: "I don’t know what every one has seen on screen, but the fact that she has won, I am guessing, you saw how much of a legend she was.
"That girl, she is the sweetest soul, from the moment I met her, I was like who is this gem? Who have I just met! The fact that we got on so well I felt honoured.
"I have not even spent time in the outside world with her but I know we are going to be really close friends.
"I love Jill to pieces, she is an absolute legend, she kept my mind busy in there a lot and to have someone like that in there that you get on with so well that is basically like an older sister, it was crucial in there.
"Everyone was like a little family but my big sister was the main part of that definitely."
