I'm A Celeb's Helen Flanagan said she felt "sick" watching a fellow contestant tackle their terrifying first trial 2,000ft in the air.

In action-packed scenes tonight, the horrified actress watches athlete Fatima Whitbread taking part in the first challenge to earn a meal - but it left her feeling very queasy.

Fatima was climbing along balls suspended hundreds of feet in the air as she tried to earn stars for the campmate's food.
