I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here host Declan Donnelly is said to have had a bit of a crush on former contestant and Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts after a very saucy exchange during a Bushtucker Trial on the ITV show in 2012.
But that's before he was happily married to manager Ali Astall, and became a father-of-two. It's believed that Ashely's constant racy chat while in the jungle is what had Dec's temperature soaring.
"You're deprived of everything here in the jungle. I can't stop thinking about it," she told Dec and his sidekick Ant McPartlin," writes The Mirror.
"I'm excited to get out of here and be able to just stimulate all the senses – if you know what I mean."
A blushing Dec struggled to find the right words to reply, admitting: "Oh my gosh. Everything I want to say is unbroadcastable or illegal – or career-ending. Let's calm down."
Clearly smitten, Dec even mocked up a skit pretending to invite Ashley to be his date to the wrap party, and she was equally keen to "get to know him better".
"It would be nice to go for a drink and a chat," she said.
Two months later, Ashley landed a presenting role on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, and in March 2013 she and Dec were seen flirting outrageously at the TRIC Awards.
Soon afterwards, Ashley coyly admitted they were in contact: "We're trying to keep it out of the public eye. "We're just getting to know each other. We're having fun, but I'm single."
However, it soon fizzled and by August that year Dec was linked to wife Ali.
But there are no hard feelings. Ashley was one of the first to congratulate Dec when he proposed to Ali in November 2014 and she was even invited to the couple's Newcastle wedding in August 2015.
Ahead of the nuptials, Ashley said: "I'm happy for him and Ali. They're great. He's such a good friend of mine. I want him to be happy."
Meanwhile, Ashley isn't the only showbiz type Dec has dated.
He was in an 11-year relationship with Two Point Four Children actress Clare Buckfield, but that ended in 2003 when he was accused of cheating with a lap dancer.
He later claimed they'd become more like brother and sister and was said to have enjoyed an intimate snog with TV babe Sarah Cawood at the 2004 I'm A Celebrity after-party.
"They were knocking back the booze and chatting intimately in a corner, then Sarah went to the toilet," a source told Digital Spy at the time.
"When she came out they just started kissing each other. Quite a few people saw them and it became the talk of the night. They are such nice people that everyone hopes they make the arrangement more permanent."
In 2006 he was linked with dancer Kate Braithwaite and Sky Sports presenter Diana Stewart, who previously dated England rugby star Jonny Wilkinson for three years.
And in 2009 he embarked on a two-year romance with presenter Georgie Thompson which apparently ended over his reluctance to commit.
Georgie told The Mirror at the time: "At the moment, the party line is that we're really good friends and really support each other.
"But it's been tough, it's really tough. It's a really hard thing to live out a painful break-up when you're in the public eye. It hurts but we have to be grown-up."
