I'm A Celeb's Boy George reveals unaired 'sly comments' were made about Matt Hancock

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Boy George revealed his campmates made many 'sly comments' about Matt Hancock.

The Karma Chameleon singer was voted out of the Australian jungle earlier this week, much to his delight.

Boy George, who has made his dislike for the former Health Secretary very clear, has been sharing behind-the-scenes secrets with fans.

He took to Twitter to share a picture of someone giving the camera the finger as he sat on a plane wearing a lion mask – however, it's not been confirmed if Boy George has yet left Australia.

"There was lot’s of sly b***hing about @MattHancock," he told followers.

"But I told him to stand up for himself and par boil the potatoes to make chips! I was also the driving force behind the Ostritch omlette. Lol!"

After being voted out of the jungle, Boy George cheered as his time on the show came to an end before he hugged it out with his co-stars.

The singer confessed he was glad he left when he did, but insisted he had an "amazing time" down in camp.

George did admit to "dipping" mentally and having moments of wanting to leave, before going on to call for Mike Tindall to win the show.

The campmate said: "I had to forget who I was for the whole time I was in there. I just had to let go. I'm happy to go today."

Host Declan Donnelly questioned him on who he thought wasn't being their true selves in camp but he declined to comment on specific names.

He said: "People say things... they b***h about someone else but don't say it to the person, but they’re probably hoping they are not being filmed."

Boy George had been seemingly 'snubbing' post-exit interviews on ITV shows like This Morning and Good Morning Britain.

Instead, he used his social media and revealed exactly what he thinks of Hancock.

The singer didn't hold back on Twitter when the disgraced politician was described by one Twitter user as 'one of the favourites' in camp.

"I actually couldn’t care less. Very little shocks me but my faith in Scorpions has risen! Lol," the singer replied when asked if learning of Mr Hancock's popularity surprised him, making a dig at when the MP was stung by a scorpion.
