'I had hair and make-up done while I was in labour, all the doctors came to see'

A mum had 'hair and make-up' done while she gave birth - with a beautician and a hairdresser working on her as she pushed. Carly Temple, 23, felt she had to look good during labour and didn't want to appear 'sweaty' in photographs.

The mum-of-three has revealed how she had a makeover while giving birth to two of her three kids - son JD and daughter Lettie. JD arrived weighing 7lbs on 24 January 2020 at 12.18am

Carly, a make-up artist and hairdresser said: "One of my friends is a make-up artist.'So I got up a t 4am so she could do my make-up and I went into hospital for 5.30am.
