I had a Home Bargains pamper night and one £4 product amazed me

There's nothing like a good old pamper night, but sometimes they can end up being pretty expensive, unless you get your bits from Home Bargains!

The bargain store is known for its deals on beauty products, and they even offer their own brand of makeup for a very reasonable price. I decided to take a trip to my local store to see if I could stock up on some products for a relaxing night to de-stress.

I ended up purchasing a facial massager for £3.99, some bath salts for £2.99, a tea tree hand mask for 89p, a Garnier sheet mask for £1.99 and some lavender bubble bath for £1.99. The whole pamper night ended up costing me £11.85, which wasn't too bad for five products.

For those looking for a relaxing evening for a decent price, Home Bargains has plenty on offer. Who needs a spa when you can pop to your local store?

The facial massager - £3.99

This particular facial massager is said to be anti-aging, and is perfect for skin with fine lines. At the ripe old age of 27, it's safe to say I've got a few popping up, so I was keen to try this product.

It applies a 'high frequency vibration technology' to tighten skin, and helps with dark circles. The first thing I noticed about the facial massager was the sheer power of the thing, for something so small, it had a lot of oomph.

Priced at £3.99, aesthetically it looks a lot more expensive, but it does feel quite cheap and plastic to touch, but that didn't bother me as much. I was actually amazed by how well this worked, and although it didn't get rid of my winkles overnight, it made my skin feel a lot tighter and smoother within a few minutes.

Frankincense, bergamot & CBD bath salts - £2.99

These bath salts smelt absolutely amazing. I've always been a big fan of bath salts but I feel like I don't purchase them enough!

They had such a strong scent and made my bath quite overpowering, so for those who aren't keen on strong smells, it might be worth picking a different scent.

For me, it was just the right amount of relaxing, the bergamot really came through and the CBD oil was subtle yet noticeable, to create a really calming atmosphere. For £2.99, you'd expect something as luxurious as bath salts to come at a hefty fee, but not these ones!

Tea tree hand mask - 89p

I usually tend to neglect my hands, especially in the winter, so they sometimes become quite dry. I'm all for a good face mask, but I didn't even know 'hand masks' existed until popping into Home Bargains.

The tea tree hand mask is said to soften your hands for a mere 89p. It helps repair rough, dry and chapped hands, and although it's not too cold outside at the moment, my hands definitely needed some TLC.

The mask worked really well and added some serious moisture to my hands, not to mention the fact it smelt absolutely amazing. For 89p, I'm definitely going to be purchasing the hand mask again.

Garnier moisture bomb sheet mask - £1.99

I love Garnier sheet masks, this one I chose was 'hydrating' for 'fatigued' skin, which I definitely needed. It's said to contain one whole bottom of serum, and all you need to do is leave it on your face for 15 minutes.

All I can say is wow. My skin was absolutely glowing after using this mask, Garnier never let me down that's for sure! For £1.99, it's a great addition to add to your pamper night to feel extra luxurious.

My dull looking skin looked refresh after my 15 minutes was up, and actually looked even better in the morning. Turns out this little sheet mask works wonders.

Lavender bubble bath - £1.99

For £1.99 I was really impressed with how strong the scent was on this bubble bath, it created so many bubbles that lasted for my whole bath too, which was a total bonus.

Lavender is such a relaxing scent and I was really glad I came across this in my local store. For those who aren't big fans of lavender, I'd definitely looking around for some alternatives, because there were plenty.
