A personal trainer has threatened to sue women’s activewear brand Sweaty Betty, accusing the brand of using her viral body-positivity slogan without permission.

Georgina Cox, founder of Georgina Cox Personal Training, is threatening legal action against the company over its alleged use of her phrase ‘Wear the Damn Shorts’ — a slogan that became a rallying cry for body confidence.
